☀ ABOUT 12 DAYS OF CALM
We all need little Calm in our lives. For 12 days – we will together try to bring same inner calm and peace in our lives, that we all long for.

Each day we will be doing a different Chanting Meditation, in the frequencies which are harmonious to our universe and our body and its energy system. Each Mantra acts as an energy cleansing agent, replacing the negative energies and vibes with the positive ones. This program has been designed so that for next 12 days, through the vibrations and frequencies of Healing Chants, we can bring more peace inside ourselves and as well as to the universe.

Keep this one hour for yourself. A 1 hour pause in your life for next 12 days. If you can not get 1 hour, you can try for atleast 15 -20 mins daily. We promise that you will feel more energetic, more at peace, and less stressful.
We hope that you will stick to it, and we encourage you to invite your friends and family too, so that together you can motivate each other and they can also feel the same calm and peace in their lives 🙂

☀ DAY 2 : KRIM CHANTING MEDITATION
KRIM (pronunciation ‘kreem’): Chanting this mantra stimulates our lower chakras to awaken and begin purifying your body. With this Mantra Chanting we start of inner purification process.

This Mantra governs over prana as lightning or electrical energy. It has a special power relative to the lower chakras, so chanting this can both stimulate and transform. It helps awaken and purify the subtle body.

☀ DAY 2 : KRIM CHANTING MEDITATION : HOW TO DO IT?
– Begin by finding a comfortable position, but one in which you will not fall asleep. Sitting on the floor with your legs crossed is a good position to try.
– Close your eyes. Keep you hands on your knees with palms facing the sky and let the thumb and index finger touch
– Take a deep breath and Relax your Body.
– Now Start Chanting KRIM, along with the track. Remember not to chant loudly. These mantra is to be recited to feel your inner vibrations.
– As you chant KRIM feel the vibrations in the lower abdomen and pelvic region. As you chant KREEEEMMMM, the energy will rise up, starting from your tail bone and pelvic region.
– With each chant you will start feeling lighter and lighter.
– Chant for as long as you are comfortable. There might be some tingling sensations in your body, just acknowledge it and bring awareness back to the chanting.

☀ DAY 1 : OM CHANTING MEDITATION
OM is the mantra, or vibrations that is chanted in the beginning and end of any Meditation or Yoga Practice. So we will be starting our 12 days of calm with this Mantra.
OM – The most well known and universal of the bija mantras it is the sound of creation and causes energy to gather and flow upward and outward. Everything in the universe is pulsating and vibrating – nothing is really standing still! The sound OM in this track vibrates at the frequency of 432 Hz, which is the same vibrational frequency found throughout everything in nature. so by chanting it we are symbolically and physically tuning in to that sound and acknowledging our connection to all other living beings, nature and the universe.
☀ DAY 1 : OM CHANTING MEDITATION : HOW TO DO IT?

What the Science Says About Yoga

Current research suggests that a carefully adapted set of yoga poses may reduce low-back pain and improve function. Other studies also suggest that practicing yoga (as well as other forms of regular exercise) might improve quality of life; reduce stress; lower heart rate and blood pressure; help relieve anxiety, depression, and insomnia; and improve overall physical fitness, strength, and flexibility.   • One NCCIH-funded study of 90 people with chronic low-back pain found that participants who practiced Iyengar yoga had significantly less disability, pain, and depression after 6 months.
  • In a 2011 study, also funded by NCCIH, researchers compared yoga with conventional stretching exercises or a self-care book in 228 adults with chronic low-back pain. The results showed that both yoga and stretching were more effective than a self-care book for improving function and reducing symptoms due to chronic low-back pain.
  • Conclusions from another 2011 study of 313 adults with chronic or recurring low-back pain suggested that 12 weekly yoga classes resulted in better function than usual medical care.

However, studies show that certain health conditions may not benefit from yoga.

  • A 2011 systematic review of clinical studies suggests that there is no sound evidence that yoga improves asthma.
  • A 2011 review of the literature reports that few published studies have looked at yoga and arthritis, and of those that have, results are inconclusive. The two main types of arthritis—osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis—are different conditions, and the effects of yoga may not be the same for each. In addition, the reviewers suggested that even if a study showed that yoga helped osteoarthritic finger joints, it may not help osteoarthritic knee joints.
