Without Balancing it, now matter how hard we try, higher chakras can not be healed / unblocked.  Located at the base of our spine, it is the root chakra that governs over our physical energies, giving us a sense of safety and security with other people and ourselves.

WHAT IS THIRD EYE CHAKRA?

6. Third Eye Chakra
Ajna or third-eye Chakra is the sixth primary chakra or energy center in our body. The Ajna chakra is positioned in the pituitary gland, directly behind the center of the forehead

Ajna translates as “command”, and is considered the eye of intuition and intellect. When something is seen in the mind’s eye, or in a dream, it is being seen by Ajna. It is a bridge that links gurus with disciples, allowing mind communication to occur between two people. The sense organ and action organ associated with Ajna is the mind.

Opening Chakras in Not Some Elusive Thing Available to few of us. Here is something that can help

In very basic terms Chakras are 7 energy centers in our body. Each chakra governs some aspect of our physical, emotional and spiritual being. When these chakras are blocked we experience various physical and emotional symptoms like headaches, stomach pain, low sex drive, low self confidence, financial difficulties, inability to connect with others at a deeper level. But when the energy in flowing through all the 7 chakras, and they are open and balanced, we feel one with the existence, physical and emotional symptoms disappear. So how do we balance and open these chakras, these energy centers.

Its not some rocket science, its not some elusive thing that only few of us are able to achieve. Its actually very simple. And Here is the science and Meditation Sounds to help you in Opening these Chakras and restore energy flow between them

Each balanced Chakra vibrates with a certain frequency. And this frequency luckily lies in the audible sound range. When the chakras become unbalanced, their vibrational frequency shifts from their natural frequency or the vibrations start diminishing and hence they become untuned, unbalanced and energy to higher chakras is blocked. A very simple way to bring them back to balanced state is to use external sound sources, which have the same vibrational frequency as our  balanced chakra,  And by the principle of resonance, if we place this source near to any other non-vibrating object, it too will start vibrating with the same frequency. And thats what we so when we heal chakras with sound waves.

Here is a complete track with all 7 Chakras Healing Meditation Music. The Music is based on Indian Classical Raaga for Each Chakra, with the Root Note Frequency at the Resonating Frequency of Each Chakra. Starting with Root Chakra – The Muladhara – The Foundation of All Chakras and moving all the way up to Crown Chakra – The Sahasrara. Each Chakra music is roughly around 7 Mins Long.

Feeling Low in Energy? Try this Tonight during Sleep

Feeling Low in Energy? Try this very simple and effective Chakra tuning and healing program. As you sleep, let it play at a comfortable volume in the background.

How this works?

Chakras are our energy centers and there are 7 major energy centers in our body. When our chakras are not balanced, the flow of energy through our body is blocked and this blockages manifest themselves as various physical and emotional symptoms, such as tiredness, feeling low, abdomen pain, headaches, sleepiness, insomnia, throat pain, infections and more. This program uses specific sound frequencies related to each chakra to re-tune and thus balance them.

Use it for atleast 21 days for the lasting effect. We start from Fundamental chakra – the Root Chakra and move all the way up to Crown Chakra.
